Officials say 51 year old Michael Horning pleaded guilty to possessing explicit images of minors, including prepubescent children. Court documents revealed that Horning had downloaded child pornography between 2009 and 2021, with his devices containing 663 images and fourteen videos of child pornography, including material involving infants and toddlers. WSLS reports the case was part of Project Safe Childhood, an initiative aimed at combating child sexual exploitation and abuse through coordinated law enforcement efforts.
