Rocio Rivera has details.Preview: The nationwide protest hit Virginia yesterday as members of the Richmond Education Association held walk-ins over the cuts. The Trump administration has said they will begin dismantling the U.S. Department of Education. Trump says he wants to get rid of the agency entirely. Teachers say the cuts will drastically impact children, the community, and disadvantaged kids. Some state senators also joined the walk-ins, like Senator Ghazala Hashmi of Chesterfield.
