(Norfolk, VA) -- The Red Cross has been deployed to Virginia as the state prepares for Debby. Rocio Rivera has the latest.Preview: The Coastal Virginia American Red Cross has been activated. While rain from Debby isn't expected in Virginia for another day or so, relief crews are ready to help when the time comes. Meteorologists say the biggest impacts to Virginia will be heavy rainfall which could cause some localized flooding. At least three to five inches of rain are possible, with some areas seeing higher amounts. The Coastal Virginia Red Cross has already deployed dozens of volunteers to North and South Carolina. Debby is expected to make a second landfall near Charleston, S.C. soon. I'm RR.
