(Hampton, VA) -- An unpaid bill appears to be the cause of a shooting at a Hampton restaurant. Rocio Rivera has details.Preview: A security guard has been shot at Coasters Beach Grill. It happened Saturday night after police say a customer walked out on a $50 tab. The security guard confronted the customer, and that's when gunfire erupted. The owner of Coasters, Shawanna Bailey, tells 13News Now that customers are checked for weapons before they enter the restaurant. And she says the gun violence at her restaurant is uncontrollable. Neighbors say it's not the first time Coasters has had a shooting. A year ago, a customer and security guard exchanged gunfire after a confrontation. I'm RR.
