Scott Kimbler reports..Preview: Musheerah Townes is a Richmond SNAP recipient and tells news outlets that her having an empty card is becoming a common occurance and the thefts seem to be coming from out of town.Preview: CBS six reports the SNAP information is likely stolen through illegal card scanners. Townes says she has been cleaned out every month since July.
