The mother of the 5-year-old asked the school board what they plan to do to keep students in the district safe after the incident. The altercation was caught on camera, by the agressor, in which he recorded himself yelling racially charged statements at the younger child. The child is of Chinese descent. Loudoun County Superintendent Aaron Spence released a statement saying even though the incident didn't happen on school grounds, it has deeply impacted the community. But he did not disclose possible disciplinary actions for the aggressive student. The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office is still investigating the incident. I'm RR.
