Kaine will debate Hung Cao [[ cow ]] at Norfolk State University. The debate will be broadcast on TV stations statewide on October 2nd. A spokesperson for Kaine said the Norfolk debate would be a perfect time for Cao to apologize to NATO employees for calling them lazy. Cao issued a statement saying he looked forward to challenging Kaine about his leadership failures over the past 30 years.
