The sentencing hearing for Darnell Jones, Junior was originally scheduled for next week but will now be held in November. Jones was arrested after the 2022 shooting that killed three members of the UVA football team and wounded two other people. He pled guilty to multiple counts of first-degree murder, malicious wounding and use of a firearm in a felony last year.
