Portsmouth City Council has approved two new shipping container storage yards in the Churchland and Martin Luther King Jr. Expressway areas. The Daily Press reports the yards will be located on Coast Guard Boulevard and Syer Road. The use permits were unanimously approved at a recent City Council meeting. The new storage yards will provide additional space for shipping containers and chassis in Portsmouth.
