(Norfolk, VA) -- A family in Norfolk is looking for answers after a shipyard employee died while on the job. Rocio Rivera has details.Preview: Kenny Oakey died after suffering catastropic injuries while working his job at Colonna's Shipyard. His brother, Roy Oakey tells WAVY an investigation by OSHA found the shipyard had multiple safety violations but was only fined a total of $55-thousand dollars.Preview: The report by OSHA found violations including a dangerous faulty ladder, failure to secure the placement of the later, and failure to provide adequate guardrails and floatation devices near water. Roy Oakey also says suveillance video at the site was also not working the day his brother was injured. OSHA says they plan to release a full report next week.
