The Virginia Amusement Coalition confirmed that members of the group stopped selling lottery tickets yesterday afternoon and may continue their boycott into the weekend. Hundreds of convenience store owners did the same thing last month after Governor Glenn Youngkin amended a skill games bill passed by the General Assembly. Some lawmakers had hoped to renew the effort to legalize skill games during Monday's special session, but now say that is unlikely to happen.
