Thirty-six-year-old Brad Spafford was arrested last month in Isle of Wight County on a charge of unlawful possession of a firearm. Investigators found more than 150 homemade explosive devices during a search of his home. The FBI called it the largest cache of finished explosive devices ever found. A judge ordered Spafford held without bond on Tuesday, saying his involvement with explosives presented a danger to the community.
