(Loudoun County, VA) -- Loudoun County is hoping to keep teachers on the job with new employee incentives. Rocio Rivera has details.Preview: Teachers who come back next year will be getting a bonus. But it's not every teacher, the bonuses will be for hard to fill positions like special education or roles at Title I schools. The Loudoun County school board approved the new incentives last night, saying the program is designed to reward those who continue their service in essential positions, and ensure stability and support for students for the upcoming school year. Special ed teachers or other special ed licensed staff will qualify for a $2-thousand dollar bonus. And the school division is also changing how much teaching experience is counted toward teacher pay scales and getting rid of the 15 year maximum experience limit. I'm RR.
