Many people around Lynchburg say they don't like the flying bugs.Preview: Virginia Cooperative Extension Agent Scott Baker tells WSET there seem to be more of the insects this year than there were last year. He says they can be hard to kill because they move fast. The little critters are also great hitchhikers, holding onto cars, trains, and even your shoulders or back where you can see them. Baker adds that the pests will stick around until our first real deep freeze of winter.
