With students getting back into the classroom after the holidays, Elected Officials say that the goal is to improve engagement, limit distractions, and reduce cyberbullying. Richmond, Chesterfield, Hanover, and Henrico school systems have adopted varying cellphone policies, with consequences ranging from confiscation to suspension for non-compliance.
