The Fairfax County School Board is considering a plan to store student's cellphones away during the school day. School Board member Kyle McDaniel tells WRC-TV that something needs to be done to get students off their cell phones during the day.Preview: The proposal would allow high schoolers to get their phones in between classes, lunch, and before and after school starts. Middle schoolers would have to wait until the end of the day.
