The students sent a letter to the governor this week accusing him of making politically-driven changes to DEI initiatives. They claim the changes have left students fearful for the future of services they rely on for educational and personal growth. The letter was signed by student body presidents from Virginia Tech, UVA, James Madison, VCU and six other colleges. A spokesperson for the governor did not say if Youngkin would meet with the students.
