Four people have been hospitalized after authorities say a car hit an ambulance carrying a patient causing it to flip over. The accident happened yesterday afternoon at the intersection of Brook and Parham roads. Henrico County Police say a sedan hit an American Medical Response Ambulance. Three people from the ambulance suffered minor injuries. The driver of the sedan suffered serious non-life threatening injuries. Authorities say the driver of the sedan will be charged with failure to obey a traffic light.
Norfolk State University has officialy introuduced Michael Vick as its new head coach.Preview: The state of Virginia has received a D grade for failing to protect its residents from debt collectors. A recent report from the National Consumer Law Center finds the Commonwealth is leaving working familes high and dry with debt collectors. They say laws in the state fail to protect residents' income and property from being seized by creditors. Virginia along with 22 other states and one territory received the D grade. Only five states received B grades.
