An Alexandria McDonald's is taking a unique approach to curtailing disruptions by kids. The Rose Hill location now has its doors locked and signs up telling customers to ring the doorbell if they want to eat inside as the dining room is now reserved for folks 21 and over. State law enforcement agencies are reminding drivers to buckle up or face the consequences. Those agencies will join forces for the annual "Click It or Ticket" campaign starting Monday. The campaign will last through June 1st.
