Portsmouth police say they arrested 34-year-old Jarvis Green yesterday. Green has been charged with two counts of indecent liberties with a child in a supervisory role, two counts of sodomy and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Green was a teacher at Churchland High. The school sent a letter to parents saying their counseling team has been made available for anyone wanting to talk. They also add mental health service providers have been made available.
