The program helps aspiring teachers earn bachelor's degrees and meet licensure requirements, partnering with universities to educate potential educators. Dr. Lisa Coons, Superintendent of Public Instruction, tells 13NewsNow the program could make a dent in the teachers shortage by easing the financial burden for individuals interested in teaching.
