Police say a teen in Chesapeake was convicted of first-degree murder and use of a firearm in the 2022 killing of Rashee Parson. The juvenile, tried as an adult, was found guilty of shooting Parson 20 times outside an apartment without provocation. Cell phone data placed the juvenile at the crime scene, leading to the conviction. 13 News Now reports that the sentencing hearing is scheduled for Feb. 27, 2025, with the juvenile facing a potential life sentence.
