The victim, identified as 19-year-old Jose Barrera-Pinzon, was found with a gunshot wound and later succumbed to his injuries. The suspects, aged 16 and 17, were initially charged with malicious wounding and other offenses, but now face first-degree murder charges. WRIC reports that they are currently in custody at the Chesterfield Juvenile Detention Home as the investigation continues.
