Delegate Candi Murdon King introduced the bill last year but was unable to get enough support to advance the proposal. The Prince William Democrat wants to limit the maximum amount of tolls that can be charged each month to 200 dollars per person. The bill would also eliminate tolls for Virginians who receive Temporary Assistance for Needy Families. The bill has been assigned to the Committee on Transportation for consideration.
