Volunteers with Habitat of South Hampton Roads are constructing a home in Chesapeake but when they arrived at their building on Tidewater Drive in Norfolk yesterday they discovered the theft. Drills, impact drills, circuit saws and building materials worth over five-thousand-dollars were taken. Habitat officials say despite the break-in they will be back on the job with a goal of finishing the house around Christmas.
