The city will begin construction of Phase Four of the Signalized Upgrade Project. The city is working on improvements at almost 500 intersections, and it has just 27 left to go. When it's done, the traffic lights at all the intersections will be connected to the city's traffic management system through a state-of-the-art communications network. The city warns there will be intermittent lane closures during the project. Work is expected to be done by Fall 2026.
