Officials charged 42 year-old Quinton Gifford with the arson charges in connection with fires in downtown Roanoke over the past month. The charges include arson of vehicles and property valued at less than $1 thousand dollars. Gifford is currently in custody at the Roanoke City Jail with no bond. The Roanoke Fire Marshal's Office is seeking additional information from the public regarding the investigation.
