Chris Price sent an email to the city council yesterday saying ten-thousand people could attend the 3 p.m. rally at Historic Greenbrier Farms. The city is providing traffic and public safety services, though the rally is a private event. Sign Pine Road will be closed starting tomorrow morning and other roads including Interstate 64 could be closed as needed for safety and security. He urged council members to pass the word that tomorrow's traffic will be challenging and urged planning to avoid the worst of the congestion.
