(Washington, DC) -- Governor Glenn Youngkin is one of 10 governors appointed by President Trump to serve on a council. The appointment on Wednesday of the Republican governor includes a co-chair position that he will share with his counterpart, Democratic Governor Josh Stein from neighboring North Carolina. Youngkin and the other nine governors will serve a two-year term on the council that was established in 2008.
