Rachel Wigand sued St. John the Apostle Catholic School after her son was suspended for a day and a half in September.Preview: The boy reported another student for bringing a bullet to school, but was allegedly suspended for not making that report quickly enough.Preview: Wigan sued for tuition compensation, arguing the school breached its contract with her by applying an unjust suspension. The judge ruled in her favor earlier this week.
