Monday, Superintendent Jason Kamras and other city officials took a walk through the inside Fox Elementary. Kamras believes it is important for these projects to serve as a model for future school repairs and expansions. Mayor Levar Stoney praised the patience of students, parents, and faculty, emphasizing the community's deserving of the best educational facilities with upgraded learning spaces and state-of-the-art facilities. WRIC reports the new buildings are expected to be completed by 2025 and 2027, aiming to set a standard for future improvements in other schools.
