(Virginia Beach, VA) -- The calendar may say it's St. Patrick's Day, but some areas of Virginia are already getting ready for Spring Break. Rocio Rivera has more.Preview: Businesses in Virginia Beach say they're prepping for one of the city's biggest economic drivers, Spring Break. Tourism dollars have increased from $3.7 to $3.8 billion from 2022 to 23. And Virginia leaders say visitors spend around $7 million dollars a day during Spring Break. Warmer weather also tends to attrack more people to Oceanfront businesses and restaurants. Virginia Beach says food and beverage accounts for around 42% of all money brought into the city. Spring break for most Virginia schools this year falls between March 30th to April 3rd. I'm RR
