Vance joined Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin in Damascus yesterday, talking with local leaders about their needs four months after flooding caused extensive damage in the area. Vance blamed the delay in federal funding on the Biden administration and said millions in disaster relief would be arriving "as soon as physically possible." Youngkin also criticized the delay in recovery funding, saying Virginians "don't need to wait another day."
