The two-year budget passed by the General Assembly earlier this year made changes to a tuition waiver program, prompting criticism by the governor and veterans groups. The House and the Senate agreed to roll back those changes earlier this week, but the vote to do so won't happen until July 18th. Youngkin announced yesterday that leaders at the state's public colleges and universities institutions have assured him that students covered by the program will be okay until the rollback measure is passed.
