The governor announced yesterday that he was using his authority under the current State of Emergency declaration to bring the Guard to Richmond. Tankers have been moved to hospitals to provide water for medical services, and six National Guard tanker systems were also being brought in to help. Youngkin said people in the city were tired and frustrated by the ongoing water problems and called for a probe into what happened and how to fix it.
