Customer Susanne Harris says she bought a case for $16.95 Monday. Normally a case of water runs between $4 and $7 dollars. Thousands have been without running water for days due to an ongoing water crisis. Officials say a winter storm that hit the region Sunday caused power outages that resulted in Richmond's city reservoir system malfunctioning. Gov. Youngkin address the price gouging during a press conference saying it is illegal and will be prosecuted through the Attorney General's office. I'm RR.
