The city of Richmond and surrounding areas are experiencing water problems for the third day in a row after the winter storm earlier this week caused a power outage at a water plant along the James River flooding critical water infrastructure. City staff says three out of four pumps are now working at the Richmond Water Treatment Plant. 12On Your Side reports a boil water advisory remains in effect, and residents are advised to follow safety precautions for water use.
