Reese Longwater, a junior at Ocean Lakes High School, helped inventory over 5-thousand trees at Pleasure House Park as part of an environmental studies program.Preview: Ocean Lakes Senior Riley Brown tells WAVY the project allowed the students to apply their math and science skills in a real-world setting and develop advocacy skills.Preview: The students collaborated with public works and city arborists to create a map of the trees on the city's website.
