Voicer Script:
Amari Pollard pled guilty in February to charges that include first-degree murder. He was accused of shooting to death an 18-year-old who just graduated from Huguenot High School in June. The 20-year-old Pollard was sentenced to 43 years in prison. His lawyer, though, recently filed the necessary paperwork to rescind the guilty plea. Attorney Jason Anthony says the judge erred, and Anthony says he erred himself. He also says you can't have that many errors and still have justice.
