A man is arrested for child sex crimes in Bedford. Police say 21-year-old Cristian Scott Phelps Harootunian faces multiple charges, including aggravated sexual battery. Bedford Police say they made the arrest with assistance from investigators with the Franklin And Botetourt County Sheriff's Offices.
