Since Commanders fans won't be forced into huddling up in their homes Sunday with nice weather on tap, a lot of folks are trying to figure out which NFC Championship game watch party they plan to attend. The team has unveiled a list of official watch parties around the region where exclusive Commanders giveaways will be taking place. The Commanders take on the Eagles in Philly at 3:00 Sunday afternoon.
Alex Ovechkin is now just 20 goals away from breaking Wayne Gretzky's all-time NHL record. He scored the 875th goal of his career in the Washington Capitals 3-zip win over the Seattle Kraken Thursday night. He'll try to move even closer to Gretzky's record Saturday when the Capitals visit the Vancouver Canucks. Washington has 34 games left in their season. Gretzky's record has stood since 1999.
