Washington Wizards rookie standout Alex Sarr is taking part in NBA All-Star weekend. He will be competing in tonight's Rising Stars mini-tournament and tomorrow's Skills Challenge. The Wizards return from the All-Star break Thursday at home against the Milwaukee Bucks.
