The college basketball season continues. On the men's side, Towson took down William & Mary and UMBC lost to UAlbany. Tomorrow, Virginia hosts Number 14 Clemson, Number 15 Maryland visits Penn State, Virginia Tech hosts Syracuse, Georgetown hosts Number 22 Marquette, Navy hosts Loyola Maryland, UMBC hosts Vermont and Towson hosts Hampton. On the women's side, Number 17 Maryland beat Indiana and Virginia Tech fell to Boston College in overtime. The Terrapins host Number 12 Ohio State Sunday. The Hokies visit Clemson Sunday.
D.C. United returns to the pitch tomorrow. The Black-and-Red visit Chicago Fire FC. D.C. is 0-1-and-0 after playing to a 2-2 draw with Toronto FC last weekend.
