The Washington Mystics added a trio of players in the first round of the WNBA Draft. The team selected Notre Dame guard Sonia Citron, USC forward Kiki Iriafen and Kentucky guard Georgia Amoore with the third, fourth and sixth overall picks. This is the first time since 2012 that Washington selected multiple players in the first round. The Mystics added Iowa guard Lucy Olsen and Alabama guard Zaay Green in the later rounds.
Over in the MLB on the great green diamonds, the Washington Nationals are at the Pittsburgh Pirates. First pitch at 6:40pm, and at 7:05pm it's Baltimore Orioles vs. Cleveland Guardians.
On the Ice in the Second to last game of the NHL regular season, the Washington Capitals visit the New York Islanders at at 7:30 tonight
