The Washington Mystics will have one of their key players in the WNBA Three-Point Contest. Center Stefanie Dolson is taking part in the contest. Dolson is shooting a career-high 48.5 percent from three-point range this season. The Three-Point Contest is tonight in Phoenix.
The Washington Wizards took down the Sacramento Kings 73-69 in the Las Vegas Summer League. First-round picks Alex Sarr, Bub Carrington and Kyshawn George struggled offensively. Sarr was 1-for-6 from the field, Carrington was 2-for-11 and George was 2-for-7. Jules Bernard had 20 points off the bench.
The Wizards are 2-and-2 in Las Vegas Summer League action. They play the Bucks on Saturday.
Baltimore Ravens training camp will be in full swing tomorrow. The team's veterans report to the Under Armour Performance Center. The Ravens' rookies reported last Saturday.
