The Wizards suffered another blowout loss. Washington fell 127-108 to the Chicago Bulls at Capital One Arena. The Wizards shot just 27-percent from three. Washington has lost 12 straight games and is 2-and-14. The team has been eliminated from NBA Cup contention. The Wizards host the Los Angeles Clippers tonight.
The college basketball season continues. On the men's side, Virginia took down Manhattan 74-65 to improve to 4-and-2. UVA's Isaac McKneely led all scores with 18 points. Andrew Rohde chipped in 14 points and four steals. Today, Virginia Tech takes on South Carolina, UMBC hosts Morgan State and Maryland hosts Bucknell. On the women's side, Georgetown faces Boston University today.
The Capitals are back in action tonight. Washington takes on the Tampa Bay Lightning at Amalie Arena. The Caps are 14-6-and-1 on the season while the Bolts are 11-7-and-2.
