The men's college basketball season continues. Thomas Sorber had 23 points and eight rebounds as Georgetown crushed UMBC 86-62. The Hoyas improved to 7-and-1 while the Retrievers slipped to 5-and-5.
The women's college hoops season rolls on. Maryland hosts Mount St. Mary's tonight at the XFINITY Center.
The Capitals return to home ice tonight. Washington hosts the San Jose Sharks at Capital One Arena. The Caps are 17-6-and-1.
