A Lawsuit accusing Virginia of purging voters from the rolls. A coalition of immigrant-rights groups and the League of Women Voters in Virginia has filed a federal lawsuit accusing Gov. Glenn Youngkin and the Attorney General of an ongoing “purge” of voter rolls, and thereby could disenfranchise naturalized citizens. Toronto Stat reports that the lawsuit seeks to stop the state from removing voters under the "purge program" and restore those who have been wrongly removed.
