It's going to be a busy hurricane season. That's according to NOAA which released information forecasting a season with an 85-percent greater chance of being more active than normal. The agency predicted an "aggressive" season with 17 to 25 named storms, eight to 13 hurricanes and four to seven major Category Three or stronger storms.
