Some in Richmond don't believe the city is doing enough to address housing affordability. A rally was held outside the city council meeting last night. Some protesters addressed the council members. One resident says the housing crisis in Richmond is rapidly becoming one of the worst in the entire country. Housing advocates tell CBS 6 they want more rental assistance funding and eviction protection. The city budget approved last month put 100-million dollars toward affordable housing projects in the next five years.  
 
 
Norfolk International says non-stop service from Norfolk to San Juan, Puerto Rico will begin next month. Frontier Airlines will start flying to the island June 2nd. Breeze Airlines is also now flying from Norfolk to San Diego, California four times a week. Officials with Norfolk International say traffic at the airport is 10 to 12 percent higher this year than last year. Officials are also stressing making parking reservations if you're planning to park at the airport.
